Covid-19 – Clinic Policy & Precautions

Please do not make an appointment or please cancel your appointment if:

  • You are currently displaying any signs or symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath
  • You or your family members are unwell
  • You believe you have had contact with a possible case of coronavirus in the last 21 days
  • If you have had a case of coronavirus you must be medically cleared before making an appointment

Additional measures taken include:

  • Asking all patients to wait in their car until their practitioner collects them. This is to adhere to social distancing and reduce unnecessary waiting time in the reception area
  • Asking all patients to wash their hands thoroughly with soap upon entering the clinic
  • Increased time between appointments to allow for additional cleaning measures
  • Regular cleaning of frequently contacted surfaces
  • Cleaning of treatment tables between all appointments
  • Single use of all linen
  • Preferred method of payment is contactless card
