Treatment Approach
Ella uses a variety of Osteopathic treatment techniques such as muscle and joint mobilisation, myofascial releases, soft tissue massage, manipulation and dry needling. Ella treats a range of conditions and has a particular interest in TMJ, rib sprains, lower back pain and helping to manage the symptoms of osteoarthritis. Ella has experience working at the Hands on Health Rosebud Community Clinic and incorporates education and prevention strategies into her treatment approach.

Ella is fully registered with the Osteopathy Board of Australia and with Osteopathy Australia.

About Ella
Ella has completed a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Masters of Osteopathy at Victoria University. Ella has completed further training in dry needling and Bump into Osteo – an Osteopathic approach to caring for the pregnant patient. Ella is also currently undergoing additional training in clinical pilates and paediatrics. Ella is a Mt Eliza local and is already a familiar face to patients as she has worked at the clinic for a number of years.
